Scholarships​​

Each year the Manchester Woman’s Club awards the Nathan B. Sargent and the Alice Forbes Perkins Hooper scholarships to two outstanding graduating seniors from Manchester/Essex Regional High School.

 

Excellence in academics, character, leadership, and a sincere interest in community service are criteria for our selection. It is largely through the generosity of our members in support of the Special Gifts campaign that we are able to raise the funds for these scholarships.

 

In April, our Scholarship Committee reviews the applications and selects two students who most closely fit our criteria. The scholarships are awarded in May and distributed in the second semester of the freshman year.
