The Assistant Treasurer’s duties are to assist the Treasurer whenever needed – especially when collecting dues and proceeds during an auction.

 

She will take the Treasurer’s place if the Treasurer cannot attend either an Executive Board meeting or a regular monthly meeting.

 

If neither the Treasurer nor the Assistant Treasurer cannot attend, the President must be notified.
